It is unlawful for the directing officer, the engineer, conductor, or other person in charge of any railroad train to direct the operation of or to operate the train in such a manner as to prevent the use of any street in the municipality over which such railroad crosses for a period of time longer than ten (10) minutes. Any person violating a provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction of such violation, be punished as set forth in Chapter 1.16 of this code. (Prior code § 14-10-5)
